Return Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges: Once approved, replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Defective Products: Full refunds or replacements are provided for products reported as damaged/defective within 10 days of delivery.
Products not meeting these conditions, or those specifically marked as non-returnable (due to hygiene or other reasons), will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
